I Liq Chuan®, known as “The Martial Art of
I Liq Chuan®, known as “The Martial Art of Awareness”, is a style of Chinese kung fu that cultivates consciousness based on the Tai Chi and Chan (Zen) principles of non-resistance and the present moment.
Throughout the weekend we will look at universal principles that underlie all human movement. We will train, both solo and with partners, to use mindfulness as a key to unlocking the natural power of our everyday movement.
This workshop are open to all and will benefit anyone who wishes to deepen their mind-body awareness and harmony.
