A study of the principles of natural movement with Instructor Joshua Craig
This workshop is open to everyone and we will be offering the program in the following cities:
Zhong Xin Dao I Liq Chuan is a style of Chinese Kung Fu based upon Awareness and Non-Resistance. In this workshop, we will be using the practice of mindfulness in movement to realize the power that is already within us.
During these 12 hours of training, we will experience a variety of exercises, both solo and with partners, to assist us in experiencing this hidden potential. We will see that when we are aware of how to balance our movement, we reduce resistance and allow freedom of movement.

- The Three Dimensions
- Solo Exercises
- Partner Exercises
